Students complete custom cake orders, learn to cater events, compete in the BBQ competitions, and get hands on food prep experience at the school owned Cafe.
During the school year, the Big Blue Cafe is open for lunch Tuesday-Thursday. Menus are posted weekly on the Hamburg Charter Culinary Facebook page.
